Larry Wallace Jr., a native Texan, served over 18 years of service in the U.S. Army. He started as a private and rose to the ranks of Captain before retiring in 2017. In his last assignment, Dr. Wallace was the Deputy Chief of Staff, U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command. He has co-authored a book called the Transition: Preparing for Financial Combat and is currently the Mayor of Manor, Texas the nation’s seventh fastest-growing city.
